• 15 Days or More Prior: Eligible for a full refund of the paid booking deposit, minus minor banking processing charges.
• 7 to 14 Days Prior: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total advance deposit amount.
• Less than 7 Days Prior: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within this window.

Specific reservation metrics apply if you fail to arrive or choose to shorten your vacation period during your stay:

• No-Show Rule: Failure to arrive at the resort on the scheduled booking date without prior written warning results in immediate reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the complete deposit.
• Early Departures: No refunds or pro-rated adjustments will be calculated if you choose to shorten your stay after checking into the resort.

If you prefer to change your travel timeline rather than cancel completely, we offer alternative options:

• Advance Requests: Rescheduling requests must be formally submitted at least 10 days before your original check-in date.
• Availability Constraints: Date changes are strictly subject to room availability and seasonal price variations. Alternate dates may involve separate off-peak or peak-season adjustments.

Under rare instances where natural forces prevent safe passage to Bandarban, exceptional measures apply:

• Force Majeure: In cases of sudden natural disasters, extreme landslides, or official administrative travel bans in the hill tracts region, Boisabi Resort will waive regular cancellation fees.
• Alternative Compensation: Affected guests will be offered a flexible rescheduling voucher valid for up to 6 months from the original date.
